Anoxia (they/them) is a switch based out of Chicago, who started in rope in 2015. After many years of study, they present classes which go beyond patterns and rote memorization to teach underlying principles relevant to students at any point in their rope journey. In play, their rope is often intense, creative, dynamic, and charged with emotional sadism. They have presented at Ropecraft, Kinkfest, and Desert Bound, and currently serve on the NARIX steering committee.
