Naiia and Shakti Bliss will combine their knowledge and personal practice of mindfulness to take you on a journey of enhancing your connection and energetic exchange during rope play and scenes. In this class we will discuss and experiment with how mindfulness practices, meditation and linking your breath to movement can affect your play.
Some of this class will involve partnered activities but it is not necessary to have a partner to attend this class.
A class focused on an energetic as well as a power dynamic during rope. Diving deep in to the role of a rope bottom and how to hold space for your top and give back as a bottom as well as forming boundaries to stay safe, aware and responsible for your safety as a bottom. Additional therapeutic movements to help lubricate joints, stretch muscles and stay aware in the body while bottoming.
