Our group is the only group in the building over Memorial Day Weekend. Every room in our hotel is reserved for members of our group, so you’ll need to identify yourself as a member of our group in order to book a room! To book, just use the link above OR call (630) 505-1000 and identify yourself as part of our group. If our hotel sells out, we will have overflow space available a short drive down the road. We will tell you if the hotel sells out – if you are told by a hotel representative that the hotel is sold out, please email us to confirm!
Booking through our group links does two things:
- It gets you the best deal out there and easiest commute to where all the action is.
- It helps us keep our (and your) costs down for future events. How? The rooms we book through our group are the biggest way we pay the hotel for using our event space. If you can’t stay with us – no big deal – but if you can, it helps us out.
