Diving deep in to the role of a rope bottom and how to hold space for your top and give back as a bottom as well as forming boundaries to stay safe, aware and responsible for your safety as a bottom. Additional therapeutic movements to help lubricate joints, stretch muscles and stay aware in the body while bottoming.
