Whether you are a top, a bottom or a switch, yoga is a great way to wake up your mind and body and start the day! Come join Magnolia, a Ballerina turned yogi and experienced rope bottom, as she leads an hour-long yoga routine to help us prepare for a day of knotty education! She will be leading Vinyasa Flow, a style of yoga where poses are synchronized with breath and flow together to become like a dance. This class is suitable for interested people of all skill levels and will include variations of Ashtanga Sun Salutations A, B ,C , Yang poses to build strength and endurance, and Yin poses for flexibility.
